To start a refund due to cancellation, please contact us at elearning@aargroup.co.uk. Our refund policy for cancellation is as follows:

• 28 days in advance of course start date: 100% refund
• 14 days in advance of course start date: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: no refund

We will confirm via email if your cancellation has been accepted. Should you have specific refund questions, please contact us at elearning@aargroup.co.uk.

14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds Payment

We will advise whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Be aware it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
